SVA Plastic Moulding Co.,Ltd.,  is apecialized in manufacturing plastic moulds and plastic products. Thanks to  the unremitting efforts  of our employees, we have successively obtained ISO900l(2000) quality system  certification and the prestigious  UL certification. .
We won the Cooperation of Excellence Prize awarded by Shanghai  LG  electronics  Co.Ltd. in 2002
and the Best Supplier Prize awarded  by Shanghai Sharp  Electronics  Co.Ltd. in 2003.  Furthermore,
we gained the ISOl4001 environment system certification in May 2004.
Via the introduction of the most advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and the establishInent of Intranet,
we have made possible the share of information resources so as to greatly shorten productive period
and raise product quality. Based on the unceasing introduction of advanced equipment and facilities and  the  frequent  update  of designing  and  processing  capability, our products  widely range from
family electric appliance,commodities, automobile, medical care to illumination industry. we  provide
a full  range  of  plastic solutions  covering  mold  design, mold  manufacturing,  check    appliances, product design, parts manufacturing, secondary processes such as silk screen printing and spray-paint,  product assembly and logistics.
We are equipped with 41 sets of plastic injection machines ranging in tonnage from 40 to l500 (mainly
imported from Japan) and several decades  kinds of mould facility such as 3D detector,CNC machine, processing center ,electric spark moulding machine and wire-cutting machines. We have set up one spray-paint pipeline,  one  silk-screen  printing  pipeline  and  two  assembly lines. The total construction space is
l4,900 square meters with 11,200 square meters dedicated factory space.
